1 c. crushed wheat 1 1/2 bunches chopped parsley 3/4 c. fresh mint, chopped 1 bunch green onions, chopped 1/2 head lettuce, shredded 2 tomatoes, chopped Soak bulgar for 1 hour; drain and add chopped vegetables then add dressing. DRESSING: 1/4 c. olive oil Juice of 2 lemons 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Let stand 3 to 4 hours before serving chilled. |
