ROSE'S CHEESE CUPCAKES 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream the above until smooth.

Bake at 300 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove. Stand 5 minutes. 1/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix. Add 1 teaspoon on each cupcake. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Cool. "Comstock" topping or fresh fruit.

PINEAPPLE TOPPING:

2 1/2 c. pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. sugar

Cook until thickened.
