CHEESE CUPCAKES 
2 pkgs. (8 oz.) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Cupcake tins
1/2 c. sugar
Vanilla wafers
Fruit pie filling (cherry, blueberry, pineapple)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place a vanilla wafer in each cupcake tin. Beat together all ingredients and spoon into tins. (Fill tins to within 1/4 inch of top.) Bake for 20 minutes. Cool 1/2 hour or so and top with your choice of pie filling. Chill and serve.
