MINI CHEESE CAKES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together. Put vanilla wafers in bottom of cupcake papers. Pour 1/2 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool in refrigerator, then spoon cherry pie filling on top of each mini cheese cake before serving. Take out of cupcake paper to serve with topping of cherries.
