1 pkg. Jell-O cheesecake
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. cold milk

Mix cheesecake crumbs, sugar, and butter and press into bottom of each 12 paper or foil-lined muffin cup with spoon or bottom of glass. Beat milk and filling mix on low until blended.

Beat on medium for 3 minutes (filling will be thick) and spoon over crumb mixture in muffin cups. Refrigerate and garnish with fruit, nuts or chocolate. Prep time is 15 minutes.
