NO BAKE MINI CHEESECAKES 
1 pkg. Jello Cheesecake
2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. cold milk

Mix cheesecake crumbs, sugar and butter and press onto bottom of each 12 paper or foil muffin cups with spoon or bottom of glass.

Beat milk and filling mix on low until blended. Beat on medium 3 minutes. Filling will be thick. Spoon over crumb mixture in muffin cups. Refrigerate. Garnish with fruit, nuts or chocolates. Prep. time 15 minutes. 12 servings.
