CREAMY COLE SLAW 
1 head green cabbage, shredded fine
1/4 c. onion, finely shredded
2 tbsp. malt vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tbsp. coarse grain Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. celery seeds

Mix all together. Chill 1 hour. Serves 8.
