BLUEBERRY FLUMMERY 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 1/3 c. fresh blueberries
1 1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
4 orange or lemon rind curls for garnish

Mix sugar and cornstarch in medium saucepan; stir in 2 cups of blueberries, the water, lemon juice and grated lemon rind. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until thick and bubbles for 3 minutes. Spoon into dessert cups; refrigerate covered until cold. Before serving, top with remaining 1/3 cup berries. Garnish with orange rind curls; serve with cream.
