DOLLY'S COWBOY BEANS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, finely chopped
1 sm. bell pepper, finely chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans, or 4 c. fresh cooked October beans
2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Brown ground beef, onions and peppers in a 10-inch skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.

Serves 8-10.
