COWBOY BEANS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions (more or less to taste)
2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Mix beef and onion in a skillet. Cook until brown. Combine beef and onion and remaining ingredients, stirring well. Put in a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
