CHEESE CUPCAKES 
Vanilla wafers (Nabisco Nilla Vanilla)
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
Cherry or blueberry pie filling

Put vanilla wafer in the bottom of each of 16 foil cupcake papers. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Place on top of vanilla wafers. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes (lower for electric range). After removing from oven, while hot, top with Comstock cherry or blueberry pie filling. Refrigerate.
