FROZEN CRANBERRY SLICES OR
CUPCAKES
 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Soften cream cheese, add mayonnaise - then stir in fruit, cranberry sauce, and nuts. Fold in whipped cream - make about 16 cupcakes or put in container to make slices. Freeze 6 hours or overnight.

Especially good with chicken or ham salad sandwiches. May be used as a dessert or salad. A coffee can makes a great mold for a round sliced salad.
