VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 med. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 stick butter
1/2 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter. Pour into an 8 inch casserole dish. Cover with crushed crackers. Pour melted butter over cracker crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
