MOM'S VEG-ALL CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans Veg-All, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water chestnuts, sliced

Mix and bake in greased casserole for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs and bake 10 minutes longer.
