MEXICAN STEW 
2 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
5 carrots, sliced
5 potatoes, diced
1 qt. & 1 pt. tomato juice
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can mushroom soup
2 cans green beans, whole
5 "squirts" Tabasco sauce

Brown hamburger and onion. Add other ingredients together. Bake in 4 quarts baking dish. Bake 3 hours at 300 degrees. Makes over 3 quarts.
