MEXICAN STEW 
2 lb. stew meat, cut in bite size cubes
3 med. sized onions, diced
3 lg. potatoes, diced
4 cans (4 1/2 oz.) chopped green chile
3 large cloves of garlic, chopped fine
3 pinches cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat, add onions, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and chile with enough water to cover. Add to diced potatoes, cook entire stew in crockpot for 5 to 8 hours on low setting.
