BAKED GARLIC SPREAD 
1 head garlic
2 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground pepper
Sundried tomatoes, packed in olive oil
Goat cheese (Chevre)

Cut head of garlic diagonally in half. Spread 1 teaspoon of olive oil on each half of exposed garlic cloves. Sprinkle evenly with ground pepper and oregano. Put garlic head back together and wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Open each half of garlic and serve softened cloves on a baguette with chevre and sliced sundried tomatoes.
