SKILLET DINNER 
4 oz. ground veal
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 c. tomatoes
3/4 c. water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
3/4 oz. uncooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown the meat in a non-stick skillet. Add everything, except the rice. Cook 10 minutes. Add the rice and cook, until thick. This will take approximately 30 minutes.

Equals: 4 protein, 1 bread, and 4 vegetable exchanges.
