WILD RICE BEAN BAKE 
1/4 c. wild rice
4 or 5 slices bacon
1 (16 oz.) can baked beans
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Cook wild rice in 2 cups water until kernels burst. Do not under-cook. Cut bacon into small pieces and brown. Drain. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain.

Combine beans and remaining ingredients and place in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes. Or place in crockpot on low heat and simmer until ready to serve.
