CHICKEN-VEGETABLE BAKE 
4 c. cut-up chicken
2/3 c. chicken broth or gravy
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup or use shredded Cheddar cheese
1 soup can milk
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 lg. can mushrooms and juice
3 c. vegetables (can use green beans, broccoli, or other)
1 onion, chopped
3 c. cooked rice or wild rice

Put rice in 9x13 inch pan. Mix all other ingredients and pour over rice. Top with onion rings. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves about 20.
