PEACH UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow deluxe cake mix
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 (20 oz.) can (or more) peach halves, drained

Melt butter in 13x9x2-inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar in pan and stir until it caramelizes. Place peaches on caramel mixture. Mix cake as directed and pour over peaches.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes until cake tests done with toothpick.

Let stand 5 minutes to set, then turn upside down on a large dish.

I made adding fresh peaches, decrease the cake mix water amount, an also sprinkled cinnamon over brown sugar mixture, it's my husbands favorite.
