FRESH PEACH UPSIDE-DOWN CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
4 to 5 large peaches or 8 to 9 small peaches, peeled and sliced
1 c. packed brown sugar

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread sugar evenly over bottom and arrange on top of sugar. Prepare yellow or white cake mix per directions. Pour over peaches in pan.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

May be served out of pan or turned over on plate. Whipped cream is optional. Some juice is ok.
