CHARLOTTE'S FAVORITE MEAT BALLS 
2 lb. hamburger (or 2 lb. cubed, lean meat, 1" cubes)
1 (8 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. raisins
6 oz. red wine

1/2-3/4 c. celery and/or green pepper, chopped
Pepper & 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Rice, or noodles, or farfel

Brown meat in frying pan. Melt cranberry sauce over low heat. Add tomato sauce, raisins and wine to melted sauce. When slightly thickened, add meat or meatballs to sauce. Simmer approximately 30 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles or farfel.
