CANADIAN PORK PIE 
2 lbs. lean ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
3 lg. potatoes
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. water

Combine meat, onion, salt, pepper and water. Cook slowly for 45 minutes longer. Let stand so flavor will blend. Cook potatoes, mash while hot and mix immediately with meat. Let mixture cool about an hour. Place in pie shell, cover with top crust and bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
