CANADIAN PORK PIE 
3/4 lb. ground fresh pork
Salt to taste
Pepper
1 c. white bread, crumbled (no crust)
Pie crust

Mix pork and seasonings and bread and cook until meat turns white. Let it cool and put in strainer to drain. Roll out pie crust and fill with meat mixture. Put hole in middle of top crust. Cook in 9 inch pie plate in 350 degree oven until crust is golden brown.
