APPLE CRISP 
4-5 tart cooking apples
1/3 c. flour
1 c. uncooked quick rolled oats
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. melted fat (butter)

Pare and slice apples. Put into greased baking pan. Stir dry ingredients together. Mix in fat until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes or until apples are tender. Makes 6 servings.
