LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 c. water
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. poppy seeds
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. butter extract

Mix all ingredients together for about 5 minutes. Pour into 2 loaf pans.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
