EASY CHICKEN KAPAMA 
2 lg. frying chickens, 6-7 lb. in all
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 can tomato past
1 c. catsup
3 c. water
3 sticks cinnamon
1 tbsp. whole allspice, tied in piece of cheesecloth
1/3 c. lemon juice or juice from 2 lemons

Wash chicken, cut away any fat and cut into serving pieces. Melt butter in a large pot; add chicken and salt. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally so that pieces do not burn. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and then add to the chicken. Cook, spices and skim off grease from sauce. Serve with macaroni, noodles, or rice. Serves 8 person nicely.
