EASY CHICKEN PIE 
1 1/4 c. dry hash browns (box)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 frying chicken, 2 - 2 1/2 lbs.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/3 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. chicken gravy mix or a crushed bouillon cube
1 tbsp. instant onion flakes
6 green olives, sliced
Paprika

Sprinkle dry potatoes in a 9"x13" greased baking dish, salt and pepper chicken pieces. Place chicken skin up on potatoes. Blend remaining ingredients except olives and paprika, pour over chicken. Place olives and paprika on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Don't over bake.
