EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
1 1/2 c. rice
2 1/2 to 3 lb. frying chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 cans water
Salt and pepper to taste

Put rice in large container, baking dish. Cut up fryer; salt and pepper to taste. Place chicken on rice. Mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup and water. Pour over chicken and rice. Bake at 300 degrees covered with foil for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
