EASY CHICKEN AND RICE 
4 halves of chicken breast with or without skin
1 box Uncle Bens long grain & wild rice "original recipe"
1 can cream of chicken soup, no added water

Put halved chicken breasts in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees until almost done, about 45 minutes. While chicken is baking, make rice by instructions on the box.

When chicken is almost done put rice on top of the chicken. Then spread the can of soup all over the top of the rice. Finish baking, about 15 minutes. Serves 4.
