Boneless chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
Salt
Pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 sm. carton sour cream

Brown chicken in butter. Add dash of salt and pepper. Add soup and sour cream. Add a small amount of water. Simmer until thick. Serve over rice.
