HURRY UP PORK CHOPS 
4 med. baking potatoes
1 lb. thinly sliced pork chops
1 med. onion, peeled and sliced
1 (8 oz.) sour cream or plain yogurt
1 envelope (1 oz.) onion soup mix

Spray a 13 x 9 glass baking dish with non-stick vegetable spray. Peel potatoes; slice into bottom of dish, making a thick layer. Add 1/2 cup of water to potatoes and bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Top with pork chops and cover with onion slices. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, combine sour cream or yogurt and dry soup mix. Spread over pork chop mixture. Return to oven and bake for 15 minutes.
