MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. saltines, coarsely broken
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. each oregano and sage (or thyme)

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into loaf pan.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Spread over top of meat loaf. Bake 1 - 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees.
