MUSHROOM LOAF 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. butter
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. vegeburger
1 c. raw potatoes, shredded
1 tbsp. chicken style seasoning
3/4 to 1 c. cream or evaporated milk
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. sage
Pinch of thyme

Saute onions in the butter until soft. Add mushrooms and brown lightly. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in buttered pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with egg gravy, if desired.
