NUT LOAF 
8 oz. nuts (any type)
4 oz. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. oil
2 cloves garlic
2 carrots, grated
1 tsp. sage
Soy sauce
4 oz. oatmeal
2 med. onions
2 tbsp. tomato puree
1 tsp. thyme
Water or milk
Tomatoes or onions to decorate

Put nuts through food processor, put into bowl. Process onions and carrots and garlic, saute 5-10 minutes. Add all ingredients to nuts then dump all into frying pan and mix into a loafing texture. Add water or milk to make sticky but not sloppy.

Put into loaf pan; decorate and bake 30 minutes. Serve with wine sauce. This may also be made into "meat" balls and baked or "hamburgers" (bake before grilling or frying).
