BEEF STROGANOFF CASSEROLE 
1/2 pkg. noodles
1/4 c. butter
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. beef bouillon
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook and drain noodles; saute onion and butter until golden. Add beef and cook until brown. Remove from heat and stir in flour, tomato sauce, bouillon, mushrooms and salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. Blend in sour cream. Alternate layers of noodles and sauce 3 times in 2-quart casserole. top with Parmesan cheese and bake 25 minutes.
