VEGETABLES SUPREME 
2 (18 oz.) pkg. mixed frozen vegetables
1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter, melted

Cook frozen vegetables as directed on package. Drain thoroughly. Put in 3 quart casserole. Cut up Velveeta cheese over top of vegetables. Mix crushed Ritz crackers in melted butter and put on top of vegetables and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
