Pork chops or chicken may be used in this recipe. Use enough pork chops to make a layer in 9"x13" pan.

Chicken or pork chops
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry Lipton's beef mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup
2 c. uncooked rice
2 cans water

Brown pork chops and lay on top of other ingredients in 9"x13" greased pan. (Can be sprayed with Pam). Cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 325 degrees. When using chicken in place of pork chops it is not necessary to brown.
