1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
Pepper to taste
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
5 onions, sm.
1 c. sour cream
3 oz. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sm. noodles
1/2 c. cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef, pour off grease. Add garlic, salt, sugar, pepper and tomato sauce. Cook noodles and drain. Chop part of tops and bottoms of onions, finely and mix with cream cheese and sour cream. Grease baking dish. Put layers of noodles, meat sauce and sour cream mixture in dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Serves 6-8.
