1-1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. oil
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. semi-sweet choc. chips

Using fork, combine first 5 ingredients in square baking pan. Make well in middle then stir in vanilla, vinegar, and evenly with chocolate bits. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool on rack.
