CAKE PAN CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. cold water
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/8 c. Hershey's cocoa
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift all dry ingredients before measure. Combine all dry in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan and mix with a fork until even color. Make 3 holes in the mixture, 1 large and 2 small. In the large hole put oil and in the other 2 vanilla and vinegar.

Pour cold water over all and mix with a fork until even texture. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, testing with toothpick.
