CHOCOLATE PAN CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. water
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. butter with 1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash salt

In a mixing bowl mix sugar and flour; set aside. In a saucepan boil 1 minute the water, oil, butter and cocoa. Pour over flour and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Grease and flour 9"x12" pan. Pour into pan and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

4 tbsp. cocoa
5 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Bring to a boil and pour over 1 box confectioners' sugar. Mix with electric mixer until smooth. Spread on cake while cake is still warm.
