ONE PAN CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pinch of salt
6 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. water

Place first 5 ingredients into an 8 x 8 inch cake pan. Mix with fork. Make 3 holes in the mixture putting oil, vinegar and vanilla into each separate hole. Pour water over all and stir with fork until blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Needs no frosting.
