3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. cold water

Sift flour, sugar and cocoa in a 13 x 9 loaf pan. Make 3 holes. In first hole, add baking soda and vinegar. In second, hole put in cup oil. In third hole put in vanilla. Pour water over top and mix with fork. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 30 to 40 minutes. Frost with your favorite frosting.
