MIX IN THE PAN CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/3 c. oil
2 oz. baking chocolate
3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. semisweet chocolate bits
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil and baking chocolate in 8 x 8 inch square pan in oven until chocolate is melted. Add water, sugar, egg, flour, salt, soda, and vanilla. Beat with fork until smooth and creamy-about 1 minute. Scrape pan with rubber spatula and spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle with chocolate bits and nuts. Bake 40 minutes.
