CHOCOLATE PAN CAKE 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. self-rising flour
1 lg. can Hershey's syrup
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Cream butter, sugar, eggs; add rest of ingredients. Mix and pour in pan (12x9). Bake on 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. pecans

Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil and boil 1 minute. Add chips, let melt; add nuts and pour over hot cake.
