RUM BUNDT CAKE | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 4 eggs 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. rum Blend and beat 2 minutes. Grease bundt pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chopped pecans on bottom. Pour in batter and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Mix 1 cup sugar, 1 stick butter, 1/4 cup rum. Simmer 3 minutes and pour over cake when it is removed from oven and still in pan. Remove from pan before it is completely cool. |
