HOT PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. bell pepper
1/4 c. hot pepper
6 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo

Discard seeds from bell peppers; grind bell peppers and hot peppers separately and retain juice. Bring sugar, vinegar, and peppers to a hard boil and boil for 3 minutes. Add Certo, and boil for 1 minute. Makes 6 half pints.

NOTE: Wear gloves or oil hands when handling hot peppers.
