MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sea shell macaroni
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Cook macaroni, in water to which oil has been added, until tender. Layer in casserole dish with cheese. Pour milk over all and top with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.
